ALERT - POSSIBLE SAMBA BLOCK IN WIN 2K SP3 - feedback

I am running several versions of samba [2.2.3, 2.2.5, and 2.2.6-pre1].
I just installed SP3 on a win2k box and I am still able to print to each of
these servers [I tried several printers on each, both text and graphics,
and even a duplex job (which still does not work under 2.2.6-pre1...)]
No problems so far...

I have a few other systems being 'upgraded' to SP3 this PM - I will relay
any negative impact ASAP.

OK, we are interested in this. Try 'use spnego = no' in the global section
of your smb.conf to see if that fixes the problem. They might have gone to
spnego. Hmmm, spnego might not be in Samba 2.2.x, so that might not be
the solution.

It might also be sign and seal. You might have to switch off sign an seal
in Win2K with SP3.
