large quantity of fsa*.tmp files

	This morning we have run into a problem where we are getting
thousands upon thousands of tmp files beginning with the letters fsa when
users tried to save files in any of the Microsoft Office products. This
occured on both a samba 2.0.6 system and a 2.2.1a (cvs Sept 6th). Below is
an fragment of a log file from the 2.0.6 system. I do not have a log from
the 2.2.1a system at this time. Does this problem ring a bell with anyone?
