debian packaging

Eloy seems to be absent for a while, so I'll try to prepare packaging
files for debian in a few days (another relaxing weekend ;-) ). I have
.dsc and .diff files for 2.2.1a-9 version and that will be the base
for 2.2.2.
In the meantime I'll be "pinging" him :). Maybe he will answer soon.
