Access denied - seeing printer queues

Hi,

  This is a stupid question but I'm not finding the answer.... I have
printing set up on samba 2.2.1a with win2K clients. 1)I do not seem to be
able to set up the printer driver on the server, it always does it for the
client I'm working on and 2) if I install a driver locally normal users
can print fine but they cannot see the queue for the print (it gives
access denied...)
