Sniffer Messages/ What does they mean???

Hello!
I've got a problem with a Token Ring Network and NT Workstation/Server. Sometimes the Network is going down. (very slowly) 
Now I have a Linux Box with a token ring card and ethereal installed. Now the Ethereal have some messages...
But I doesn't know what they mean!! Can somebody help??

The IP Number 124.1.1.153 is a NT Server and the 124.1.50.15 is a NT Workstation.
