VFS question regarding struct files_struct

I will again apologize if this is the
wrong list.

In Samba-2.2.0 files_struct->fsp_name
returns the path+filename in question.
After upgrading to 2.2.1a it returns
(null), the same is true of 2.2.2.

I had asked this question before, but figured
it was worth a shot to ask again.

I am working on a "Storage management system /
In process document management system" and the 
VFS switch has been a dream come true I can't 
thank you guys enough.  But as the code piles
up the system slows down (obviously!!!) and having
this value back for the CLOSE function would be very
helpful as the work around to get the filename is
expensive.

Any help would be appreciated greatly.
