Hiding Samba behind a firewall

Ooops, in fact, I'm not a sysadmin for any part of network A (including
DNS), that's why my only solution is to register with WINS...

I can't think of a way to do this. If your clients are using dns to
resolve netbios names, and you have access to it, you could try to
define the external firewall IP address with the netbios names of your
samba server at the dns server the clients are using.
