VFS support in samba

[Ariel Mella]

Scenario:
a) any samba CVS version
b) any samba CVS version with the attached patch to enable vfs support.

Results:
a) all is ok.
b) aplied the patch and even if i dont use any vfs module in the smb.conf i
lost the Internationalisation because i can create files with é, ó, ú, etc.
but i cant delete it and the same with directories...
any idea??
