winbindd bug in 2.2.2

[David Brodbeck]

winbindd crashes if the PDC is rebooted, and must be restarted.  (I
discovered this the hard way; last night I had to reboot the PDC, and this
morning I was assaulted by users who couldn't access the file server.)
