[SPOOLSS] Why do we support DRIVER_INFO_LEVEL_6?

But not any of the Win2k RPCs?  We map throw away the
fields which don't map onto a DRIVER_INFO_LEVEL_3 struct
anyways?  Was there a specific driver dependency that
prompted this?
