Multi Block Messages?!?!?!?!?!?

Need help (very much)

I need to know what a sever (the sender of a message with the Start Multi 
Block Message command (0xd5)) wants in reply?
I tried to send the original message incuded with a Message Group ID but I 
got no response. Is there a command to let the server know that I am sending 
a Message Group ID??? or must this be the Multi Block Message command???
