I just tried compiling a cvs snapshot of the SAMBA_2_2 branch from less
than an hour ago. The compile was attempted on a Dell Poweredge 2400
running Solaris 8 x86. The compiler used was gcc version 2.95.2 and I
received the following error while linking:

Linking bin/smbd
Undefined first referenced
 symbol in file
init_r_logon_ctrl2 rpc_server/srv_netlog_nt.o
ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to bin/smbd
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `bin/smbd'

Please excuse this message if this problem has already been reported.

Thank you,

Joe Meslovich
