error 1745 invalid host/bind variable name

Hi again,
Have been scouring the web again for info on the "procedure number out of range" error.
The microsoft error number fot this "http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q186/5/53.asp" is a "Terminal Server Error Message: 1745" I have found a page "http://www.sheraton.com/property.taf?prop=019/:" that shows this error and states that error 1745 is an invalid host/bind varible name. I was hoping this may help someone to point us with this error in the right direction.
