Issues with setsockopt

Hi,

I'm experimenting a bit with Samba.
After testing with new tcp/ip stack, this message come to my attension.

 [2001/05/18 02:30:46, 0] lib/util_sock.c:(853)
  setsockopt: SO_REUSEPORT=1 on port 139 failed with error = Protocol
not available

Can anyone share some lights on this ?
Any magic parameters in smb.conf I should have a look at ?
