This is actually a little harsh Andrew.

Kenichi was actually referring to the specific case of a non-posix
OS that doesn't do cleanup on process exit, in which case he is
correct in stating we do expect the OS to clean up for us.

His english may not have made that clear (but then again
I'm sure his English is better than mine or your Japanese :-).

Let's not argue on this :-).
