Home for the libsmbclient example code ...

Hi,

the libsmbclient library code will be in 2.2.1, because it is in the source
tree.

I am working on the Makefile.in changes so it can be built, and am
searching for a home for the testsmbc.c and tree.c, the sample gtk+
application that I have built.

It seems that they belong in client or utils. I originally put them in
client, but am increasingly thinking that they should go in utils?

Any comments ...
