Share security authentication broke?

Hi gang,
I am unable to connect to any of my shares (except those allowing guest). I
always get "supplied credentials confict with the existing set" after typing
in the password. Note that this occurs only in recent samba 2.2 cvs
snapshots, and not in samba 2.0.8 or samba 2.2.0 releases. Below is my
smb.conf file. log.smb didn't provide any useful information, but I only
have debuglevel at 1. Let me know if you need further information.
