The domain controller cannot be located ... joining 2.2.0CVS domain

OK, this was a clean CVS. I blew away the old code, ...

The log files show that the client is finding the server, but I get the
following message in various places:

FIRST flag not set in first PDU !

Setting fault state on pipe wkssvc : pnum = ...

This is NT4 SP1!
