Help - Remote browse sync NOT working

Help - For some reason, even though I set samba to use remote browse sync, 
it does not appear to be working, and is not reported anywhere in log.nmb, 
where I presume it should be reported. Here's my smb.conf:

[global]
        security = share
        encrypt passwords = yes
        browse list = yes

        workgroup = 42
        server string = GATEWEAVER
        interfaces = eth0 eth1 eth1:0 ppp0
        remote browse sync = 209.90.133.170
        preferred master = Yes
        local master = Yes
        domain master = Yes
        os level = 34
        wins support = yes
        wins proxy = yes
