compiling samba cvs with ssl breaks ?

As far as I can tell, sometime in the last couple of weeks a change has
been made to the 2.2 cvs that prevents linking of nmbd if you've configured
with ssl support.

What _seems_ to be happening is that smbd/ssl.c has acquired a use of
exit_server() which is a function defined in smbd/server.c .
Unfortunately nmbd links smbd/ssl.o but doesn't link smbd/server.o
(not surprisingly ...).
