Lexmark PCL drivers from Win2k clients

I just fixed one issue with the LexMark Optra S 1855 driver
using the AaaPrintProcessor() RPC.  If people were having
problems with other Laxmark drivers, if you could try the latest
SAMBA_2_2 cvs and let me know how things work now.
