Active connection problem in swat

Problem description : The linux box in our setup exposes an USB floppy
drive and an IDE floppy drive across the network.We are using a wins for

cross subnet access. These shares are accessed by  only 2 people. But we

see a lot of spurious clients in the active connections of status panel.
But
the active share of the status panel is just as it should be - i.e, it
lists only the open share.

Can you kindly notify us the reasons for the appearance of these unknown

clients.
