Swat PO files - a suggestion to submit to the Translation Project

Hello,

I would like to suggest that the Translation Project at
http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/contrib/po/HTML be contacted for performing the
translations into other languages. They support packages mostly for GNU, but
also for other projects, and the project can determine what sort of
disclaimer/license etc., if any, is required for submitting translations to
the project.
