Samba 2.2.0 problems editing ACLs via NT/Win9x

Ok, some more info on the srvsvc 0x27.  Perhaps this is not news to folks,
and I apologize if that is the case.
The permissions before each entry are as follows (either incomplete or some
bits are not used):

I've not been able to get anything in the 4th byte.


Before each security entry (before the length uint16) is another uint16,
and I've seen 3 values so far: (0 and 3 are some forms of allow, 1 is deny)
