Locking Worries

Ok, the difference is that Samba is first breaking to level II
(the first lockingX packet from the server), then breaking to none
(the second lockingX packet from the server). Win2k is breaking
directly to none.

This is not a bug (it doesn't prevent things working properly)
but it does highlight a difference between the two systems that
I will investigate.
