If you are updating the VFS code, can you change the names of the
function pointer structure members to not be the same as the
system supplied functions?

If you missed the earlier thread, some operating systems implement the
functions as macros in the headers they supply with the C compiler.

This stops the VFS code from compiling as the arguments to the
VFS function pointer conflict with the routine the macro is really
pointing to.
