downtime on samba buildfarm

The Samba build farm machines will be intermittently unavailable on
Tuesday 17th July (Canberra time) to facilitate maintenance of the VA
Linux Systems Canberra network hardware.  The machines will not be
rebooted, but they will be unreachable from time to time.  This does
not include the Samba.org cvs tree or web site, which are hosted in
the US.
