nmdb core dump in HEAD CVS

Today's HEAD CVS seems to have a problem in nmdb.  It segfaults in
init_structs() pretty much immediately on loading.  I can post a backtrace
and a log if it'll help.  My gdb skills are a bit rusty so I haven't dug
into it yet myself.

System is RedHat 7.0, with kernel 2.4.5+ext2 acl.  configure options were
--with-acl-support and --with-pam.
