sendfile patch?

I was planning on adding this in for Linux only, as I 
recall it was somewhat different from yours. It was such
a trivial change I didn't store it (I was testing netbench
runs at a customer site) and of course regret that :-).

I'll check through my logs to see if I mailed it to
tridge.
