locking.tdb and OpenBSD - FIXED!!!

I would like to confirm that the locking.tdb problem which was affecting
some OpenBSD samba installations, including mine, is fixed. 2 days ago I got
the 2.2 branch from CSV, compiled it, and voila! I can use samba on OpenBSD.
