More probs with fcntl calls

Dave,
	I had two more runaway smbd processes this morning. I am running
samba2.2.1a from the cvs last night following Jeremy's locking fix. Below
is an example of the output of a truss -f -p 28336 -v fcntl it just kept
repeating this pattern over and over again:
