libsmbclient: Browsing and a URI spec?

You would want to specify your default ntdomain/workgroup for browsing and
your default ntdomain for authentication.  Those are the two possibilities. 
If you specify:

auth domain = whatever

the name <whatever>#1C is resolved to find the PDC or BDC.

Note, BTW, that the #1C name is a special name.  WINS normally stores only
the broadcast address (255.255.255.255) for group names.  For #1C names,
WINS comes close to the behavior specified in the RFCs and stores up to 25
real IP addresses so that you can actually resolve the #1C group name to a
machine.
