Then we could sign the code... Micro$oft....?  I don't think so.  This is
not something so complex that we need to follow micro$oft's lead with a
registry... 

Maybe something more advanced than the existing smb.conf might be warranted
in the future, but geeze, it's a simple program that doesn't need much in
the way of configuration at this point.  Why confuse everyone with registry
keys...
