get_backup_list request almost done

Hi,

Well, in my quest to implement browsing in the client, I now have
cli_get_backup_server almost fully done. It can retrieve a backup server
from my network.

My next step is to be able to code up the calls to the NetServerEnum stuff
that is in Samba already, and I should be able to browse the first level ...
