latest CVS: missing rpc_server/srv_srvsvc_nt.c?

I just deleted Makefile.in and then re-cvs'd it, ran configure. It still 
contains 
rpc_server/srv_srvsvc_nt.o in it and make fails in the same way, is there 
anyway
I can ensure I'm getting latest cvs, i'm using 'cvs update -d -P' command.

run configure - Makefile.in was updated and Makefile should be
regenarated.
