libsmbclient, now works with Win9X, Win2K, WinNT, Samba ...

Hi,

OK, I got really angry with the problems in using the GetBackupList
approach I was using and looked at what nmblookup does.

It turns out to be much easier, and I have now been able to verify that
libsmbclient can browse Win9X, WinNT, Win2K and Samba servers and workgroups.

So, those testing this stuff should pull down the latest head branch and
try it our.

The tree application has improved somewhat as well ...
