NT Passwords > 8 chars.

It appears that NT passwords that are more than 8 characters in length
fail using the latest CVS code.  We're experimenting with Samba as a PDC
for our W2K systems and have stumbled upon this bug.  I haven't had time
yet to scour the code but wanted to raise the issue.
