problem with smb.conf

Hello...

We are attempting to upgrade from samba 2.0.6 to 2.2.2... everything
installed ok, however we are getting the following message in the smb.conf
file...
Server's Role (logon server) conflicts with share-level security
We started the tests documented in DIAGNOSIS.txt

sisprod:/usr/local/samba/lib# testparm smb.conf
Load smb config files from smb.conf
params.c:Parameter() - Ignoring badly formed line in configuration file:

sisprod:/usr/local/samba/lib# cd
sisprod:/# smbstatus -b
Server's Role (logon server) conflicts with share-level security
connections.tdb not initialised

We also get this message when we type in the following command...

sisprod:/# smbstatus
Server's Role (logon server) conflicts with share-level security
connections.tdb not initialised
sisprod:/#

I sure would appreciate any help on this...
