[PATCH] winbind use default domain

Hi Alexander,

I am sincerly sorry for wasting your time. It was my own stupid fault why the
patching failed. I forwarded the email that I received containing the patch to
my address on my development box at my office. Somewhere in the forwarding the
cr/lf's stuffed up.
