update status code?

I noticed in the domain_client_validate() function (2.2. or HEAD, different
locations), we issue NT_STATUS_NO_MEMORY when secrets_fetch_domain_sid
fails...I think we should change this...would
NT_STATUS_CANT_ACCESS_DOMAIN_INFO be better, or is there another one that
makes more sense?

On the windows side, it changes the message from:
There is not enough memory to process this command
to:
Configuration information could not be read from the domain controller,
either because the machine is unavailable, or access has been denied.
