Compile errors on Redhat 7.2

This maybe old info, but I thought I'd report it anyway. While compiling
2.2.2 on Redhat 7.2 I had three compile time warnings:

lib/readline.c: In function `smb_readline':
lib/readline.c:34: warning: assignment from incompatible pointer type

Compiling nsswitch/winbindd_pam.c
nsswitch/winbindd_pam.c:30: warning: static declaration for
`parse_domain_user' follows non-static

Compiling nsswitch/winbindd_misc.c
nsswitch/winbindd_misc.c:35: warning: static declaration for `trust_keystr'
follows non-static
