Naming conflict...

The name of the rwlock_t structure in tdb/spinlock.h conflicts with a
structure in /usr/include/synch.h on solaris 8.

I'd submit a patch, but I'm not sure how the powers that be would rather fix
it, rename the structure in samba, or make sure synch.h isn't included...

I've renamed the structure here to get around the problem. I'm going to try
using spinlocks rather than fcntl locks to work around the problems
specified in my last mail.
