[This patch enables klogging to multiple AFS cells (tested against AFS 3.6
Linux/Solaris, OpenAFS 1.x should work as confirmed by someone else) from a
Windows GUI/command-line tool]

The new version works with Windows98, has a command-line version, and I
added license reference to the IBM code from OpenAFS (to unlog a token).
