Supporting users enumeration on Samba

The samr 0x3E seems to be a new connect rpc.  Looks almost the same as the
0x39, but with one extra int...
uint32 ptr_srv_name;
UNISTR2 uni_srv_name;
uint32 unknown; <--------new field
uint32 access_mask;

Other than that, the response is the same format: a policy handle followed
by a status code.  The sequence of RPC's following the connect is the same
generated by enum.exe (MS api NetQueryDisplayInformation).
