Integrate i18n SWAT

Got it. Slowly, but successfully downloaded via ftp.
BTW. You've got very short timeout on the ftp server ...

That's what I'm going to check, at the very begin.
First, I wanted to ask whether it's only for SWAT, or
everything going to be i18n'ed. Although, I guess (at
a first glance) it's the latter. I'll give you an info as
soon, as I check it closer and (perhaps) correct it. Stay
tuned ;-)
