Time for showing Printer Information

This is probably related to the fact that the printing = option doesn't actually
change a whole lot, in your case try setting both printing = cups and
printcap name = cups that should work. (Although, if you've listed any
printers manually, the printcap name option will use cups to get all of
the printers, unless you also turn load printers off)
