Special Edition, Using Samba

Hi,

I have been approached about doing an update to Special Edition, Using
Samba now that Samba 2.2.0 is out ...

Apart from thanking all those who have purchased a copy, I am seeking
feedback on what should be in the updated edition.

Obvious candidates include:

 Better treatment of the Win2K client support
 Better treatment of the Samba as a PDC support
 Chapter on Samba's support for ACLs
 Correction of any errors
 Discussion of printer driver loading
 Fix the Appendix listing parameters and their meanings and which ones have
been dropped and which ones have been added
 Add to the section on common problems and troubleshooting

Potential additions include:
 -Building on non-Linux platforms, like FreeBSD, Solaris, Tru64 UNIX, HPUX,
  etc ...
 - ...
