No More Connections

Hi all,

I installed Samba 2.2 recently on HP-UX 10.20.
I got an error when I cliked on Network Neighborhood on my NT.  The
following is the error message.

No more connections can be made to this remote computer at this time because
there are already as many connections as the computer can accept.

This error comes and goes and can not be repeated.  This error goes if I
restart smbd on HP server side.
testparm shows max connection = 0 under global parameters.

I appreciate any help.
