ok.  This is right.  rpc_server_srv_netlog_nt.c:_net_req_chal()
is returning NT_STATUS_NOLOGON_WORKSTATION_TRUST_ACCOUNT because
get_md4pw() fails.

I don't think this needs any coding, just documenting.  I'll work
on updating the SAMBA-PDC-HOWTO.
