Procedure number out of range

Jeremy,

Found the "Procedure call out of range" error.  It occurs
when attempting to join a Win2k client to a Samba 2.2 PDC.
If a valid entry in private/smbpasswd exists, but no account 
in /etc/passwd exists, you will get this error when attempting 
to join the domain.  Verified on latest SA<BA_2_2 CVS code.
